~ Photography Program for Teachers ~

~ Renee Robyn ~
I highly recommend the new adobe lightroom 3 for teachers interested in doing photography. It is a lot easier to use then a full version of photoshop and is much more user friendly.

~ Welcome | Animoto ~

This Blog is for my teacher friends and other teachers.  I will share some of my own discoveries that can help other teachers.  Some of it will be personal and some will be just things I have found online.  To start I by sharing a website I really enjoy.  It is called Animoto and it is an amazing site.  It allows your students to create slide shows that are animated to music.  All of the music is legal to use on their site and they have an awesome selection of music.  You can add text and the best part is they offer educators a free educational account.

You can sign up your students with ghost emails that you can control and allow them to all work under your account.  This site is very user friendly.  My personal experience was teaching a small special education elementary class to use it.  The grades ranged from 1 to 6.  My students created videos and shared them with the entire school.  The feedback was so positive and I have to say it was a big hit.
